Treatments Unique to You

Your reflexology treatment is unique to you and involves a full consultation on the initial visit that includes your medical history and lifestyle, so that a personalised treatment plan can then be created for you.

You will be made comfortable in a recliner chair and asked to remove your shoes and socks or tights for foot reflexology.  After cleansing the feet, the treatment begins with gentle relaxation techniques to prepare the feet.  Pressure is then applied to specific areas of the feet (as shown on the foot chart) using thumbs, fingers and knuckles.  Certain points may feel tender but the treatment is mostly relaxing.

Everyone is unique and will react differently to their treatment.  Most people feel an improved sense of wellbeing and deep relaxation.  For one or two days after the treatment, you may experience a detox effect as your body eliminates toxins and restores its natural balance.
