About Me
I have always had an interest in complementary therapies, having experienced first hand the benefits of natural healing. I first qualified as a reflexologist in 2000, this gave me a good foundation and I mostly treated family and friends. Following this I took a course in Cranio Sacral Therapy, a gentle therapy that works with the body using a light touch. In 2018 I qualified as a Clinical Reflexologist, having taken a more in-depth course at The Complementary Therapy School, London. This has given me a greater understanding of the therapy, appreciating how reflexology works alongside conventional medicine to achieve better health.
I have thoroughly enjoyed my continuing professional development as I first enlarged my practice in 2021 to include Facial Reflexology using the Bergman Zone Method with the London School of Reflexology, Regents Park. From 2022 to 2024, I qualified as a practitioner of the Menopause Facial, Hand and Foot Reflexology treatment, Indian Head Massage, Cranial Reflexology Bergman Method, Auricular Reflexology and the application of ear seeds. I have now reached a stage in my practice where I can offer a number of different treatments and able to combine them to enhance the therapeutic effects for each client.
I hold a Level 5 Practitioners Diploma in Clinical Reflexology credit rated by Edinburgh Napier University. I am a full member of the Association of Reflexologists and I am fully insured.
