About Me

I have always had an interest in complementary therapies, having experienced firsthand the benefits of natural healing. I first qualified as a reflexologist in 2000, this gave me a good foundation and I mostly treated family and friends. Following this I took a course in Cranio Sacral Therapy, a gentle therapy that works with the body using a light touch. In 2018 I qualified as a Clinical Reflexologist, having taken a more in-depth course at The Complementary Therapy School, London. This has given me a greater understanding of the therapy, appreciating how reflexology works alongside conventional medicine to achieve better health.

I have subsequently qualified as a Facial Reflexology Practitioner using the Bergman Zone Method, with the London School of Reflexology, Regents Park. I am also a qualified pracitioner of the Menopause Facial, Hand and Foot reflexology treatment and most recently Indian Head Massage.

I hold a Level 5 Practitioners Diploma in Clinical Reflexology credit rated by Edinburgh Napier University. I am a full member of the Association of Reflexologists and I am fully insured.

“Absolutely brilliant reflexology". Kitsa did the most relaxing and soothing reflexology massage on my feet. At the end of the treatment she offered me a glass of water. You will need a few minutes to get back to reality, it is an amazing experience. Will definitely go back again.

I am a long time sufferer of sinus infections and sinus discomfort. Last year I had an operation to improve the space in my sinus’ to help stop getting sinus infections. I still suffer with the symptoms, teeth ache, pain in my eyes, head and neck, but since having treatments with Kitsa, the symptoms are much less aggressive, often disappearing altogether. I always feel refreshed, relaxed and generally well having had a treatment and it’s now part of my normal life. Thanks Kitsa!
